Bd1o Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

1 General Terms & Conditions

By using bd1o (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"), you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. These Terms form the legal basis of your relationship with bd1o and come into effect before you access the Platform, create an account, or play any game.

Bd1o serves users in Bangladesh and operates in accordance with applicable Bangladeshi laws and regulations. These Terms are written in Bangla so that every user can clearly understand their rights and responsibilities.

2 Account Registration

To open an account with bd1o, the following conditions must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old. A National ID card or passport is required as proof of age.
• Each individual may only register one account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited.
• All information provided during registration must be accurate and truthful. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Any issues arising from sharing your password with others will be your liability.
• Operating or selling an account on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.

3 KYC & Identity Verification

The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is a key part of bd1o's security framework. It's not just a formality — it's an essential safeguard for your account and your funds.

KYC verification is required in the following situations:

• Before making your first withdrawal of over ৳10,000.
• If unusual activity is detected on your account.
• When deemed necessary by bd1o.
• If a dispute arises regarding a bonus.

KYC typically requires: photos of both sides of your National ID, a selfie holding your ID, and a screenshot from your bank or mobile financial service. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours.

4 Deposit Policy

5 Withdrawal Policy

Bd1o's withdrawal system is among the fastest in Bangladesh — completed in an average of 8 minutes. The following rules apply:

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• The withdrawal payment method must match the deposit method — the same mobile number belonging to the same person.
• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will be held until KYC verification is complete.
• To withdraw a balance derived from a bonus, the associated wagering requirements must first be met.
• Weekly withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000 for standard members; separate limits apply for VIP members.
• Banking delays or network issues may occasionally cause processing to take more than 15 minutes — in such cases, contact Live Chat for a quick resolution.

6 Bonus Terms & Conditions

Bd1o offers a variety of bonuses – including a Welcome Bonus, Reload Bonus, Cashback, and Free Spins. Each bonus has its own terms, which are communicated to you before the bonus is claimed.

• Welcome Bonus: 100% on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. Wagering requirement: 30x. Validity: 30 days.
• Reload Bonus: Weekly, subject to applicable terms. Validity is generally 7 days.
• Cashback: Up to 15% of net losses, with no wagering requirements.
• Free Spins: Applicable to selected games, with 20x wagering on winnings.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
• Bonus balance can be used to play any game, but the maximum bet limit is specified in the bonus terms.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus balance before completing the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting and casino games. bd1o uses a third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fair play across all games.

• Minimum bet on Sports Betting: ৳20 (may vary by market).
• A maximum of 10 selections can be added to an Accumulator bet.
• Once confirmed in live betting, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, your bet amount will be refunded.
• Minimum bet amounts in casino games are set according to each game's own rules.
• If a game is interrupted mid-round due to a system issue, the result of that round will be determined based on saved server data.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bd1o and may result in account termination and balance forfeiture:

• Opening an account under a false identity or operating one in a third party's name.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes within the same match to meet bonus requirements (Bonus Abuse / Matched Betting).
• Attempting to illegally access or hack another person's account.
• Playing games using bots, scripts, or any automated software.
• Allowing a minor to use your account.
• Using bd1o for money laundering or as a channel for funds of illegal origin.
• Exploiting any technical error in bd1o's system to gain an unfair advantage.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Bd1o reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend an account in the following circumstances:

• Violating any part of the Terms & Conditions.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is provided.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• If the user themselves has requested Self-Exclusion.
• If your account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

If your account is closed, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be refunded, provided KYC verification has been completed. bd1o will send an email notice before any permanent closure.

10 Responsible Gaming

Bd1o is deeply committed to responsible gaming. We want our users to play for fun — not out of compulsion. To support this, bd1o offers the following features:
